Fai Tak is an engineering contracting company specializing in supply, installation and maintenance of all kind of fire services, plumbing and drainage, heating ventilation and air-conditioning, electrical, sewage treatment and central building management system etc. Our quality services cover PRC, Hong Kong and South East Asia countries.
Fai Tak is one of the few engineering companies in Hong Kong who is qualified to bid electrical and mechanical installation tenders for Government and public utilities companies such as Architectural Services Department, Airport Authority and Mass Transit Railway etc. and at the same time equipped with the following licences, certificates and registration :

In order to ensure the quality of our services, Fai Tak has employed qualified in-house Authorized Person (Architect), registered architect, chartered surveyors, chartered electrical and mechanical engineers, experienced project managers, engineers, supervisors and draughtsmen to handle any sophisticated building services projects. Fai Tak also has strong maintenance teams to provide maintenance service to existing buildings. All staff has to follow the Company quality manual governing the job management procedure strictly. Fai Tak was first audited by the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency and certified according to the requirements of ISO 9001 : 1994 in 1997.
For the nearly past thirty years, Fai Tak has gained a steady growth. With the objectives, policies and strategy being refined, Fai Tak has acquired a higher degree of professional, managerial and technical expertise and has become a dominant player in installation and maintenance of fire services, plumbing and drainage, heating ventilation and air-conditioning, electrical, sewage treatment and central building management system for quality buildings in PRC and Hong Kong. We have also set up branch offices and associated companies in Beijing, Shanghai, Hang Zhou, Guangdong, Hainan and Hochiminh City. These offices create a very strong network to back up our quality services provided outside Hong Kong. This indicates our commitment and determination towards the building services contracting business in PRC and Hong Kong.
